What should be included in a passive fire handover pack?
Short answer
A location and asset schedule, the installed or rectified condition of each item, the supporting system information, photographs, and any outstanding exceptions. It should be searchable and reusable, not a folder of product brochures.
What to do next
Send the tag, the schedule reference, the drawings you have and photographs of the actual condition. We will tell you what they show, what they cannot, and what else is needed before anyone gives a conclusion.
