Our goal is to be recognised as an organisation that is an industry leader in its health and safety performance with a zero-harm approach.

We comply with all relevant OHS Legislation, other construction industry and client specific requirements.

We have a safety management plan covering our maintenance and construction sites. The plan is compliant with the current WA OS&H regulations and requirements.

Our safety plan is flexible enough to be modified for individual site needs to meet the requirements of our staff whilst maintaining our own high standards.

We are always reviewing our SWMS and JSA’s (Job Safety Analysis) documents to ensure they meet the ever-changing needs of our clients and their site requirements.

All our supervisors have their own site files and ensure that Prestart and Toolbox meetings are completed and recorded on every project.

All staff are trained for the positions and are fully inducted for safety.

We have the following policies within our safety plan:

  • Environmental
  • Drug and Alcohol
  • Bullying in the workplace
  • Hazardous Materials Risk Assessment

The company has toolbox meetings monthly involving all staff to review safety and any improvements required.

As a result of our safety management, we are very proud to have a zero LTI (Lost Time to Injury) record.
